Cambrian Chords Launch Singing Course

Dodleston Village Hall played host once again to The Cambrian Chords, who kicked off the first week of their a cappella singing course on Thursday 4th September.

A strong turnout of local gentlemen joined the Chordsmen for the evening, having already received learning materials to give them a head start on the chosen song.
Under the guidance of Musical Director Danny Spindler, the whole group began working on his lively arrangement of “Crazy Little Thing Called Love.”

Club Chairman Jason Ward was delighted with the evening:

“It was lovely to see new faces in our group. The song is a really catchy number and great fun to get into. The new guys said they had a great time and would definitely be returning next week to Kinnerton Village Hall for the continuation of the course. We’re really looking forward to it".

Jason also encouraged others to come along:

“The most difficult part is walking through the door for the first time, but once you are here, the warm welcome makes you feel as though you’ve been coming for years".

It’s not too late to join
